Motto House, Sutton Vallence | Alterations & Extension
This project was for alteration and extension of Motto House, which had previously been used as a dental surgery. The internal arrangements of the existing building were awkward and the accommodation did not make best use of the stunning views to the rear of the property. The proposed design was to reorganise the rear entrance and staircases and open up the views to the rear by the creating of a new glazed staircase and rear extension.
