In 2020 the Evening Standard regarding Folkestone and its architecture as one of the best locations in the southeast to buy a property and live.  In the Napoleonic wars, Folkestone was seen as a vital garrison fort for the defence of the English Channel, which was further developed during many conflicts up to WW11.  Cyma Architects has designed and managed many of these buildings including a number of listed buildings such as the Martello Towers for conversion to dwellings.  Our Architecture and design philosophy enhances properties in a sympathetic process to be in keeping with the local building architecture while creating exciting and interesting places to live.
